What began as a career path in mental health counseling over 20 years ago, has now evolved into mind, body, and spiritual wellness consulting. This is what lead to the formation of Holy Health. Ashia aims to design and implement programs that will educate people on whole body health and wellness, while upholding a faith-based platform as the foundation for Holy Health.
Ashia describes herself as innovative, pioneering, and determined to succeed in educating people about mind/body wellness and natural healing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending church wherein she is an active member.
